You don't have to worry so much about accidentally downloading any viruses with your CC as long as you don't go to sites that are riddled with pop-ups, confusing pages, and just general things that are sketchy. There is an option to pay for it, but there is absolutely no need to and nothing sketchy you have to do to avoid paying for it. It's a program that is free and 100% safe to download and use.
